Andrew Dunlap\u2019s primary work experience is in the analysis and development of exterior building enclosures, including historic buildings. Exterior enclosure expertise is comprised of roofing, skylights, windows, curtain walls, rainscreen\/cavity walls and waterproofing, and includes development of remediation options and construction documents for corrective work. Andrew\u2019s work focuses on providing energy efficient designs as he regularly participates in validating designs for energy code compliance or to exceed code requirements. Project responsibilities include the collection of detailed building information, investigation and analysis of existing conditions, computerized thermal analysis of building systems (WUFI 5.2, THERM 7, WINDOW 7, and other software packages), formulation of remediation plans, preparation of construction documents for remediation, and construction contract administration including field observation and systems testing. This work often includes performing diagnostic field water tests as part of the forensic investigations or used to validate installed conditions.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Sarah is a Principal of Raths, Raths & Johnson, Inc., a national engineering, architecture, and forensics consulting firm specializing in the investigation, design, repair, and testing of building structures, enclosures, and materials.\u00a0 She has 17 years of architectural experience and expertise in exterior wall systems\u2019 water leakage, condensation, and moisture intrusion investigation and resolution, with a specialization in thermal performance and computational analysis of building enclosure systems and components.\u00a0 She consults in the area of architectural peer review and commissioning of building enclosures and assembles, and provides litigation support and expert witness testimony on related building enclosure failures. \u00a0She serves on multiple ASTM International committees and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); Building Enclosures Council-Chicago (BEC-Chicago); Construction Specifications Institute (CSI); Exterior Design Institute (EDI); and American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).\u00a0 A licensed architect in several states, she is certified as a Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP) and a Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE).<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Andrea Wagner Watts is the Building Science Education manager for GAF, engaging with industry professionals to provide guidance, technical support and education for roof and wall assemblies. Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, successfully developing multiple sealants and air\/water barrier system solutions and doing building science research. She is always working to improve the overall performance of the building enclosures through application innovation, research and industry knowledge sharing. Andrea has published on building science, assembly interfaces, durability and resilience and is the holder of multiple patents. She serves as an executive board member of ABAA, is the co-chair of their Technical Committee and chairs the ASTM E06 Task Group on air barriers.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Craig Wetmore, the President of York Manufacturing, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a concentrated knowledge in through-wall flashings, moisture management, transitions, and wall components. Craig is active in building community where he is a member of CSI, RCI, USGBC, ASTM and the ABAA. He serves as President of the Maine CSI Chapter, he is the chairperson of the ABAA\u2019s Marketing Committee (education and outreach), and serves as a Director on the executive board of the ABAA.<\/p>\n

Craig works with architectural firms, engineering firms, installers, general contractors, AIA chapters, Building Enclosure Councils, and CSI chapters in the discussions of flashing and building science. His efforts center on wall flashings compatibility with air barriers and insulation products, lifecycle costs, transition materials, and installation advice on all different types of flashings.<\/p>\n

Craig and the York team have developed many new products to solve the issues that are encountered in the drainage of water from the building enclosure.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

At a very young age Matthew Giambrone was introduced into the construction industry by his mother and father who owned and operated a general contracting and masonry contracting company. At 17 years old, he started his masonry apprenticeship with local 5 Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen. Matthew has experienced almost every facet of the construction industry; including accounting and payroll, jobsite deliveries, large equipment shipping, and installation. In 2010 Matthew became a certified level 3 ABAA installer in spray foam, fluid applied, and self-adhered membranes. After the passing of his father in 2014, an avid ABAA member and supporter, Matthew took on the role of Estimator and Project Manager for the spray foam company he and his father started, establishing himself in the city of Cleveland as an industry leader. In late 2015, OCP Contractors, Inc. acquired the foam company along with Matthew\u2019s knowledge to create and manage division 7. Matthew is a member of the ABAA QAP Committee, Chairman of the Contractors Committee, and is now a member of the Board of Directors for the ABAA. Matthew most recently won the ABAA Excellence Award with OCP.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Amy is pleased to serve on the Board of Directors for the Building Enclosure Council (BEC-GD), the Detroit Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Specification Consultants in Independent Practice (SCIP), and the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).
